We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and postcode, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card details ourselves). We also collect basic usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Notice).

We share relevant details with the accredited assessor or engineer carrying out your appointment, our payment processor, and, where legally required, the national certificate registers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
