1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Property Certs Solutions website and any certification, inspection or compliance services you book with us. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide EPCs, gas safety certificates, EICRs, fire risk assessments, emergency lighting testing, floor plans and photography, and related property compliance services, carried out by a nationwide network of accredited assessors and qualified engineers acting on our behalf.

3. Quotes and bookings

Instant quotes generated on this site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before your appointment is booked and may be adjusted to reflect the property’s actual size, condition or access requirements.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been taken or an appointment has been scheduled by our team.

4. Payment

Payment can be made securely online or by phone. Full payment is generally required before or at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing for account or bulk-order customers.

5. Cancellations and access

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or failed access on the day (for example, no one available to grant entry) may incur a call-out charge.

6. Certificates and turnaround

Certificate turnaround times quoted on this site are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Certificates are prepared based on what is visible and accessible to the assessor or engineer at the time of the visit, and are lodged on the relevant national register where applicable.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the value of the service booked.

8. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support team in the first instance so we can put things right. Details are on our Contact page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
